MODESTY LEVEL – 4 the bountiful amount of oil used and the flow from top to toe, no clothing is preferable, although there is fabric to cover midsection for modesty and comfort, in the form of a loin cloth or sarong.

Swedish is a Holistic massage, treating the whole person as a full body massage including face and head, using oil.
Recommended for those who feel stressed, have tight muscles or just need ‘me time’. It supports wellness and sleep, relieves pain and muscle stiffness, improves circulation and reduces stress.
MODESTY LEVEL - 3 down to your underwear snuggled beneath a cosy towel.

Back, neck and shoulder treatment is for those who need some physical and emotional healing in a shorter time frame. This back, neck, should and head massage is a great massage to alleviate tension, reduce stress and stiffness and improve circulation.

Indian Head Massage is part of an Ayurvedic healing system. The massage is seated and involves massage techniques on the upper back, neck and shoulders, with pressure points on the head and face.
